Independent Restaurant Group

We are a small independent restaurant group seeking an experienced, hands-on Multi-Unit General Manager to oversee operations across multiple locations.

This is not a corporate role with layers of meetings and endless reporting structures. We’re looking for a true operator — someone who thrives in the restaurants, leads from the floor, supports teams in real time, and takes pride in running strong, hospitality-driven operations.

The ideal candidate is operationally sharp, financially disciplined, people-focused, and comfortable jumping in wherever needed. This role is best suited for someone who values stability, autonomy, quality of life, and being part of a close-knit ownership group over chasing corporate titles or rapid expansion.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant locations
  • Be physically present in stores and actively involved in service
  • Coach, mentor, and develop management teams
  • Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, hospitality, and execution
  • Manage labor, scheduling, payroll, inventory, and controllable costs
  • Recruit, hire, and retain strong hospitality talent
  • Partner directly with ownership on operational improvements and business initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and operational standards
  • Help foster a positive, accountable, team-oriented culture throughout the group

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of restaurant management experience
  • Multi-unit leadership experience preferred
  • Strong FOH and BOH operational knowledge
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams
  • Hands-on mentality with a willingness to work nights, weekends, and peak shifts as needed
  • Strong understanding of restaurant financials and KPIs
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
  • Humble, accountable, energetic, and hospitality-driven leadership style
