By using Jobinix, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. It's that simple.

Jobinix is for finding and posting real job opportunities. When using the service:

• Use it for lawful purposes only
• Don't attempt to access data or systems you're not authorized to use
• Don't interfere with or disrupt the service
• Don't scrape, crawl, or harvest data without permission

Jobinix helps you find job opportunities. When you click "Apply," you're redirected to the employer's website or application system. We facilitate the connection but aren't part of the hiring process. We don't guarantee you'll get a job, an interview, or a response.

If you post jobs on Jobinix, you agree to:

• Post only real, currently available positions
• Provide accurate information about the role, company, and compensation
• Not discriminate based on race, gender, age, religion, disability, or other protected characteristics
• Respond to applicants in a reasonable timeframe

We reserve the right to remove any job posting that violates these guidelines or appears fraudulent.

Job listings on Jobinix come from multiple sources: employers posting directly, and trusted third-party job feed providers. We do our best to ensure quality, but we can't verify every detail of every listing. If you encounter a suspicious or inaccurate posting, let us know.

We may use automated systems to help match job seekers with relevant opportunities, improve search results, or suggest jobs based on your activity. These features are designed to help, not replace human judgment. You're always in control of which jobs you apply to.

We may restrict or terminate access to Jobinix if you violate these terms, post fraudulent content, or engage in activity that harms other users or the service. If you believe your access was restricted in error, contact us.

Jobinix is provided "as is." We work hard to keep things running smoothly, but we can't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that job listings will always be accurate and available. We're a tool to help your job search--the outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control.

Jobinix isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. This includes (but isn't limited to) lost opportunities, decisions made based on job listings, or interactions with employers.

We may update these terms occasionally. If we make significant changes, we'll note the new "last updated" date. Continuing to use Jobinix after changes means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Quebec. Jobinix is operated by Jobinix Corporation.
