Heidelberg Materials has a current job opening for a bi‑lingual Sales Manager for their Eastern Ontario and Western Quebec materials business.

What You'll Be Doing

• Build and grow relationships with customers across Eastern Ontario and Western Quebec.
• Identify business opportunities and drive market growth in alignment with regional priorities.
• Lead, coach, and support team members to ensure strong performance and alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with operations, dispatch, and technical teams to support customer needs.
• Negotiate pricing and manage account performance to achieve sales targets.
• Monitor market trends and provide insights to leadership for strategic decision‑making.

• Strong business acumen with sound judgment in pricing, negotiation, and market assessment.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused approach with comfort managing competing priorities.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French with strong communication skills in both languages.

Work Environment

This role requires regular travel within Eastern Ontario and Western Quebec, with occasional visits to regional offices and customer sites. A combination of in office work, fieldwork, and travel is expected.
