Executive Chef Requirements:

  • Steak house experience required
  • Experience with high volume
  • P&L management
  • experience leading a team to be the best

Executive Chef Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of scratch-kitchen experience as an Executive Chef
  • ServSafe Manager Certification,
  • Must be able to handle high volume and deliver nothing short of perfection
  • Desire to be the best
  • Solid tenure
