Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A contract opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services within a K-12 school setting in Forsyth, GA. The position requires a professional with expertise in school-based speech therapy, including both in-person and teletherapy modalities.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Georgia Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) certification
• Credentials including CCC-SLP and eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred
• Experience delivering speech therapy services in school environments
• Ability to work effectively with school-aged children

Position Details:

• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: End of School Year (EOSY)
• Hours: 35 hours per week
• Days: 5 days per week
• Age Group: Kindergarten through 12th grade

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments for students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
• Deliver speech therapy sessions in both teletherapy and traditional school settings
• Collaborate with educators and families to support student communication goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies
