Automotive Ingenuity HD is hiring an experienced Truck & Fleet Mechanic for our new Montgomery, NY location!

We're looking for a hands-on technician who enjoys tackling everything from routine maintenance to complex diagnostics. If you take pride in quality repairs and want to grow with an expanding operation, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair gas and diesel trucks, vans, and fleet vehicles under 18,000 lbs.
• Perform brakes, suspension, steering, drivetrain, and electrical repairs.
• Troubleshoot diesel engines and emissions systems.
• Complete preventive maintenance and fleet service intervals.
• Perform inspections and document repairs in shop software.
• Coordinate with service advisors and maintain a safe, organized workspace.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of professional automotive, truck, or fleet repair experience required.
• Availability to work weekends as scheduled.
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills.
• Experience with gas and/or diesel vehicles.
• Must have your own tools.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to quality workmanship.
