Customer Service & Operations Consultant (Full Time)

A rare opportunity has become available to join the commercial side of our business that leases cars, vans, utes and trucks (large and small) in the North Shore.

Best of both world where you are not just sitting behind a desk all day! Based at our Rosedale location, we have a full-time position available for someone who has exceptional customer service skills and isn't afraid of hard work.

About the Role  

As what we call a Rental Operations Agent you will be involved in all aspects of our business!  This varied role covers both our front and back of house operations.  On the counter you will be interacting with our customers, marketing products and services, completing rental transactions, contracts, and bookings.

On the other hand, you will be inspecting vehicles for damages and maintenance issues, driving, and parking our cars and cleaning vehicles from time to time (interior and exterior) to ensure they are ready for our customers.

What we are looking for:

• Full, clean, valid class 1 driver’s licence is essential for this role, with class 2, 4 or 5 being highly beneficial

• Previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service or similar roles 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivery exceptional customer service 

• Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information (training will be provided)

• Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards 

We operate from 7 am to 3:30 pm each day during the week but there may be a requirement for you to work an occasional Saturday from 7am – 12pm. Further information on shifts and your availability will be discussed at interview if successful.
