CNC Machine Operator Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision components
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
• Conduct quality checks to verify precision and compliance
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize processes
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

CNC Machine Operator Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC machinist with strong milling expertise
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
• Strong manual dexterity for handling small parts and tools
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• High school diploma or equivalent

CNC Machine Operator Preferred Background & Skills

• Technical degree in machining or a related field preferred
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
