Dock Shipping & Receiving Clerk

We are seeking a dedicated Shipping Lead to join a global supplier of automobile seats and interior trim. The role includes coordinating with truckers and requires leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule trucks and assign docks
• Assign orders to forklift drivers
• Work with trucking companies/vendors
• WMS/ERP/Excel
• Run shipping and receiving orders using WMS software.
• Coordinate logistics with truckers.
• Manage inventory control and kitting processes.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks for material handling.
• Select and pack orders efficiently.
• Utilize ERP systems and RF scanners for inventory tracking.

Essential Skills:

• Experience in shipping and receiving.
• Proficiency in WMS, SAP, and ERP systems.
• Competency in inventory control and logistics.
• Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Experience with FedEx shipping processes.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Reynoldsburg, OH.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
