Full-time, permanent opening Hospital-employedAn expanding healthcare system in Northwestern Pennsylvania is seeking a BE/BC Emergency Medicine Physician to join its regional emergency medicine team in Clearfield, PA. This full-time opportunity is based at a Critical Access Hospital and offers a balanced, low-volume clinical environment with strong support from advanced practice providers. ~16,000 annual ED visits Critical Access Hospital designation 12-hour shifts Single physician coverage 12 hours of daily APP support* Supportive regional emergency department networkQualifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine preferred Comfortable working independently* Eligible for Pennsylvania medical licensureCompensation & Benefits: $270/hour for ABEM-certified physicians, plus $30/hour shift differential $100k sign-on bonus with 5 year commitment $10k relocation assistance 18 month stipend program at $2,500/month $3k annual CME allowance + 40 hours of CME time Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage 403(b) retirement plan with 4% employer match Malpractice insurance with tail coverageAbout Clearfield, PA:Clearfield is a welcoming town nestled in central Pennsylvania, surrounded by natural beauty and close to state parks, rivers, and trails.
