We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Client Manager to join our Perth Construction team, who are on significant growth trajectory following its establishment only 2 years ago. You’ll be apart of a team with strong direct London and Australian market experience, providing opportunities for technical development and exposure to complex insurance programs and structures. You’ll play an important role managing large accounts, supporting the WA Construction Leader and contributing to our continued success and growth. About the Role

As a Client Manager, you will play a critical role within our specialist Perth Construction Team, delivering exceptional service and tailored insurance solutions to our clients. You will play a key role in driving business growth, building strong relationships and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs, identify insurable risks and design tailored insurance solutions
• Negotiate and secure the best outcomes in the global insurance market for your clients
• Build and maintain a strong professional network to drive new business growth
• Manage relationships with underwriting partners to ensure optimal outcomes
• Contribute to delivering the overall team budget and growth targets
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering their professional growth
• Represent the Gallagher brand within the local business community, regionally and nationally

About You

We are looking for a driven and experienced professional who thrives in a fast paced, client focused environment. To succeed in this role, you will have:

• Proven experience as a senior broker, ideally with exposure to large construction accounts
• A strong technical background with experience advising and negotiating on construction contracts
• A results-driven mindset with the ability to self-motivate and work collaboratively in a high achieving team
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, coupled with a professional and personable approach
• A history of delivering outstanding client service
