About the Office Manager
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Office Manager to join our North Sydney team. In this pivotal role, you will ensure seamless building and operational management, creating a professional and welcoming environment for staff, clients and visitors.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations, including facilities, maintenance and administration
  • Lead, manage and mentor a team of Receptionists and Operations Coordinators across Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane
  • Plan and deliver events, social activities, and corporate gatherings
  • Drive improvements in office systems and processes
  • Ensure compliance with Work Health and Safety standards and support Business Continuity Planning (BCP)

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in office management within professional services
  • Exceptional organisational, leadership, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in office administration systems and tools
  • Event planning experience (desirable)
  • A proactive, solution focused mindset
