In this role, you will utilize your professional judgment and clinical expertise to evaluate and treat patients across various settings, including inpatient, swing bed, outpatient, and skilled nursing. Your work will be instrumental in developing personalized treatment plans that empower patients to achieve their functional goals.

As an Occupational Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Assessing patients' functional abilities and developing individualized treatment plans
• Providing therapy in inpatient, swing bed, outpatient, and skilled nursing settings
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Documenting patient progress and maintaining accurate records
• Educating patients and their families on therapy techniques and strategies for continued improvement

Requirements for this position include:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Active California Occupational Therapist License (in good standing)
• Current AHA Healthcare Provider BLS certification
• Need 2 years experience in setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with computers and EMR documentation
• Ability to independently manage diverse caseloads
• Compassionate, patient-centered care approach
• Commitment to continuous professional learning
