Location: 250 Miller Place, Hicksville, NY 11801
Days: Monday - Friday
Hours: 7:30am-4:00pm

Full-time: Benefit Eligible

HOURLY RATE: $17-$19/hr

In this role you will:

  • Enter patient information into the Billing System in a timely and accurate manner

  • Verify eligibility with insurance carriers and use established protocols to contact providers to ensure accuracy of information and timely filing

  • Navigate insurance websites reading EOBs and answering customer insurance questions

  • Follow the Q&A process of unbilled claims and correct errors as needed

  • Back-up as Customer Service Rep. Answering questions from inbound patient calls regarding their bills and taking payments.

All you need :

  • HS Diploma or equivalent

  • Medical Billing Certification

  • Strong typing skills, required
