Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) – Full-Time | Juneau, AK
$250K–$275K + Sign-On Bonus

In-Person | Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
Competitive Salary + Relocation/Sign-On Assistance

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Primary Care Provider to join our patient-centered, multi-specialty medical team. Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive physical exams and interpret diagnostic tests


  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment and care plans

  • Collaborate with on-site specialists for coordinated, integrated care

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR

Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school

  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

  • Eligible for state medical licensure

  • Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills

  • Passion for providing holistic, patient-centered care

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $250K–$275K (based on experience)
Sign-on or relocation assistance available
Full benefits package (health, dental, vision, PTO, CME, etc.)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (no nights or weekends)
No on-call requirements
