Technician - Quality (Nights)

Schedule:

Monday - Friday (Potential to be 2nd or 3rd shift depending on the best-fit candidate)

Position Summary

This position is responsible to meet the goals and objectives of the organization by testing materials and finished products across multiple stages of production to ensure they conform to all applicable regulations, customer specifications, internal specifications, laws and company standards.

What You Will Do:

• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Responsible for in-process inspection and test verification for Quality.
• Ensure all QA bench-top test equipment is calibrated and functioning properly.
• Responsible for documentation, sampling and quarantining of non-conforming material. Maintains other sample requirements as defined.
• Must be comfortable working with quality testing equipment at the site.
• All other duties as assigned.

What You Bring:

• Minimum 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment, with focus on quality. 
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Self-motivated, and proactive.

Physical Demands

• Employee must occasionally lift and or move up to 50 pounds. Employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use fingers to type, hold, handle, or feel and reach with hands/arms.
