In this role, you'll utilize your nursing expertise to deliver high-quality patient care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and ensure the best possible outcomes for patients in critical situations.

• Perform nursing care and services, including observing and recording signs and symptoms, administering treatments, and assisting with examinations
• Prepare, administer, and document medications using the electronic health system
• Assist in planning, providing, and evaluating patient care as a member of the nursing team
• Provide total patient care in various settings, including ER, Med/Surg, LDR, and Nursery
• Participate in quality assurance programs to ensure optimal patient care
• Maintain accurate and complete records and transcribe patient orders
• Assist in training and orientation of new employees
• Participate in nursing care plans and promote patient cooperation
• Maintain professional standards and comply with all policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a valid state Nursing License
• Current CPR, ACLS, TNCC, NRP, and STABLE certifications
• Good communication skills
• Need 1 year experience in setting
