Job Description

Our client, a reputable multi-specialty physician practice well-regarded for providing comprehensive, patient-centered healthcare across the Hudson Valley region, is hiring a Urologist. This vital position offers an excellent opportunity to join a highly integrated and longstanding Urology Division dedicated to advancing urologic care through clinical excellence, innovation, and community service.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a diverse spectrum of adult urologic conditions within a collaborative and technologically advanced environment.
  • Medical and surgical management, including procedures such as cystoscopy, prostate interventions, stone management, and minimally invasive laparoscopic or robotic surgeries.
  • Developing individualized treatment plans, interpreting diagnostic results, and educating patients and families to promote informed decision-making.
  • Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team is essential, along with participation in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing medical education.

Requirements:

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • Completion of an accredited Urology residency program
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
  • Active and unrestricted New York State medical license (or eligible)
  • Current DEA registration
  • Strong commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
  • Excellent surgical, clinical, and communication skills
  • Experience with electronic medical records
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and supervise Advanced Practice Providers (NPs and PAs)
