Location: Smyrna, Georgia (Metro Atlanta)
Schedule: Full-Time (4 Days per Week) Flexible
Setting: Outpatient-Only Private Practice

Position Overview:

A well-established, physician-owned private pediatric practice located in Smyrna, Georgia. We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pediatrician to join our growing outpatient-only team.This opportunity is ideal for physicians seeking work-life balance, leadership development, and long-term partnership potential within a supportive, efficient clinical environment.We are particularly interested in candidates with 2-3+ years of outpatient pediatric experience who are confident, efficient, and passionate about building long-term patient relationships.

Schedule:
Monday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Tuesday: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Thursday: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

First & Third Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Flexible 4 day work week structure available.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric care (well visits, sick visits, preventive services)

Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions

Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records

Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams

Participate in practice growth and community outreach initiatives

Qualifications:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics or Med/Peds

Graduate of an accredited pediatric residency program

2-3+ years outpatient pediatric experience

Eligible for Georgia medical licensure

Strong communication skills and family-centered care approach
