The Inventory Reporting Analyst – Inventory Reporting plays a critical role in supporting global inventory optimization through advanced data automation, Excess & Obsolete (E&O) analytics, KPI development, and maintenance of legacy reporting systems. This role serves as a key technical and analytical resource for Supply Chain, Finance, S&OP, and Operations teams by transforming complex datasets into insights that drive inventory health, financial accuracy, and operational efficiency.
Must maintain highly accurate data and dashboards with proper data accuracy and quality checks are in place due to the financial impact of the role.
Responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Own and manage the overall service parts inventory strategy for Stellantis Aftersales, balancing availability, cost, and network capacity.
- Oversee inventory levels ($1.4B currently) across depots, reman facilities, suppliers, and consignment locations.
- Drive inventory right-sizing initiatives, drive and hold stakeholders’ accountable proper levels of inventory.
- Lead Scrapping and inventory exit decisions while note impacting the bottom line.
- Lead monthly inventory reviews, part-level root-cause analysis, and financial impact assessments.
- Execute long-term inventory health plans aligned with S&OP and Mopar strategic priorities.
- Manage the creation and automation of inventory dashboards, KPI scorecards, and leadership reporting packages.
- Oversee month-end close reporting, including inventory levels, cash impact, E&O exposure, and stratification analysis.
- Assigned as the Business owner behind a supply chain system of CITS (consignment Inventory Management), GCRS (Global Core Return System)
- Lead digital transformation efforts to modernize reporting pipelines using Power BI, SQL, and advanced analytics tools.
