Internal Medicine opening in Livingston, TNLocated in Livingston, TN - Nashville 90 miles, Knoxville 110 milesFull-time; Permanent Overview: Seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine Physician 100% outpatient practice with established patient base Schedule: 4-day work week (4x10s) or 5x8s option Clinic hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Call: limited to own patient panel (primarily home health after-hours) Average patient volume: 24-28 patients per day once ramped Join a team of 3 physicians and 3 NPs Dedicated MA or LPN support Hospitalist program handles all inpatient care On-site services include lab, X-ray, ultrasound, and bone density--- Compensation & Benefits: Base salary range: $240,000 - $280,000 plus quarterly wRVU production incentives Sign-on bonus ($30K) and relocation assistance ($10K+) Student loan repayment assistance Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage Retirement plan (401k) CME allowance ($5K) and paid time off (25+ days) Malpractice provided (including tail) Established practice with strong patient demand--- About the Area:Livingston offers a welcoming, family-friendly community with a low cost of living and scenic surroundings.
