call is 1:4 and the physician will work 4 days per week in clinic/OR..  On average, the OB/GYN sees 15-20 patients per day.  There are approximately 300 deliveries per year. .   Education, experience and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended..  Academic / Research available for those who desire.  Community only 45 minutes to Minneapolis.
