What you'll do

Strategy & Analytics

• Analyzes and translates complex performance trends to evaluate product processes, identify optimization and revenue opportunities, and recommend solutions that improve efficiency, performance, and customer experience.Build end‑to‑end business cases for products or initiatives, working through ambiguity to leverage financial modeling, forecasting, and member experience analysis to develop clear, compelling recommendations and drive stakeholder buy‑in.
• Design and interpret A/B tests to guide data-driven product and strategy decisions.
• Support executive-level reporting and communication to ensure visibility into progress and outcomes.

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent training/experience
  
• 3 years related work experience

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience 

• Master of Business Administration
• Previous project management, product management, or quality assurance experience
• Knowledge of AAdvantage loyalty products and propositions as well as consumer behavior

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data interpretation and reporting.
  
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, backlog management, and product delivery processes.
  
• Understanding of quality assurance practices and tools for testing and defect tracking.
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams.
  
• Exceptional business acumen with a customer-focused mindset.
  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  
• Strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness in analysis, documentation, and quality assurance activities.
