General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a management role within the restaurant industry
• Strong background in Italian cuisine
• Proficiency in Spanish and Italian languages preferred; at least one is a must
• Ability to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure exceptional customer service
• Skills in inventory management and cost control
