Sandhills Veterinary Hospital is seeking an experienced Veterinary Technician to join our team! This is an excellent opportunity for outgoing assistants with a strong background in patient care and handling, who thrive on building meaningful connections with clients and their pets.

In this role, you will:
- Provide exceptional patient and client care by ensuring an efficient exam room workflow.
- Review treatment plans and discharge instructions with clients, answering questions with empathy and clarity.
- Support the veterinarian's orders during outpatient care and procedures to ensure the highest level of patient care.

Schedule: This is a full-time position, with a 4/10 schedule and availability needed Monday-Friday. No Weekends or late hours.
Full-time benefits and compensation**:
- Compensation: $16 - 22 per hour, for each hour worked*
- Bonus package: $500-$2,000 based on experience and licensure
- CE allowance: Up to $1,000 annually based on licensure

Minimum qualifications and skill set:
- 2+ years of veterinary experience in a clinical setting
- Proficiency in the following skills (required):
- Gentle patient restraint
- Client communication
- Exam room workflow & vaccine administration
- Venipuncture
- In house laboratory capabilities
- Nice to Have But Not Required Skills:
- Anesthesia monitoring & maintenance
- IV catheter placement
