Job Details
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
  • Active bar admission in Maryland
  • One to three years of experience working on corporate or transactional matters, or relevant experience gained through clerkships or internships
  • Exposure to general corporate work such as entity formation, governance matters, contracts, or transactional support
  • Ability to draft and review basic corporate documents and agreements with supervision
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
