Job Details
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active bar admission in Maryland
- One to three years of experience working on corporate or transactional matters, or relevant experience gained through clerkships or internships
- Exposure to general corporate work such as entity formation, governance matters, contracts, or transactional support
- Ability to draft and review basic corporate documents and agreements with supervision
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
