Requirements for the Role

• Active license and good standing with the State Bar of Texas
• 2–5 years of experience, with personal injury required
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and client communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
• Comfortable working independently and within a team environment
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Willingness to work in-office with consistent on-site presence

Responsibilities for the Role

• Manage personal injury cases through the litigation phase
• Handle depositions, discovery, and case strategy development
• Communicate directly with clients, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel
• Oversee case progress and collaborate with case managers and support staff
• Work on a variety of matters including auto, trucking, premises, and workplace claims
• Drive cases toward resolution through negotiation and litigation strategy
