Job Description

Urology – Santa Rosa, CaliforniaAssignmentSchedule & Call
  • Clinic Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Call Type: Beeper Call
  • Call Frequency: ~7–10 days per month
  • After-Hours / Weekend Callbacks: Avg. 3–5 times per week
  • Call Ratio: 1:4
  • Call Response Time: 30 minutes
  • Coverage Model: Scheduled clinic hours + call
Practice Details
  • Clinic Location: Across from hospital
  • Patients per Shift: 20–25
  • EMR: Epic
Licensure & Credentialing
  • License:
    • California License – Preferred
    • Will consider providers willing to obtain CA license
    • Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 3 years) – RequiredCertifications (Required)
      • ACLS
      • BLS
      Key Notes for Recruiter Calls
      • Onsite during weekday clinic hours despite beeper call designation
      • Frequent after-hours hospital callbacks should be expected
