Job Description

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Providing occupational therapy services for students across all grade levels presents an exciting opportunity to impact young lives positively within a supportive school setting in Elk Grove Village, IL. This contract role begins in January 2026 and runs through June 2026, offering meaningful work with children from kindergarten through 12th grade.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized occupational therapy interventions tailored to students in grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12.
• Collaborate with educators and school staff to support student developmental goals.
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans to improve student functional performance.
• Document student progress and communicate effectively with school teams and families.

Qualifications:

• Active State License in Occupational Therapy required.
• Experience serving school-age children across multiple grade levels preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work 30 to 37.5 hours per week, five days a week.
