Country Club Food and Beverage Manager

Food and Beverage Manager Responsibilities: 

• Oversee restaurant dining and event operations
• Builds positive morale and culture by taking on a hands-on role with staff and operations
• Maintains strong relationships with members
• Responsible for cost control and budget control compliance on a daily basis

Food and Beverage Manager Qualifications:

• 3+ years of previous management experience in a country club, upscale restaurant or upscale hotel setting
• Heavy banquet/catering experience necessary
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proven track record of controlling costs and managing labor
• Strong wine/beverage knowledge
