Established, patient-focused dental practice in Lancaster, CA seeking a long-term temporary General Dentist to join our team starting March 4, 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled clinician who enjoys practicing comprehensive dentistry in a supportive, well-organized environment.

About Our Practice

• Modern, fully digital office (digital radiography, intraoral scanner, etc.)
• Strong hygiene program and consistent new patient flow
• Experienced clinical and administrative team
• Emphasis on quality care and long-term patient relationships

Position Details

• Schedule: Monday through Thursday 9-6; Every other Friday 9-6
• Scope: Bread-and-butter general dentistry (exams, fillings, crowns, bridges, simple extractions, etc.)
• Established patient base ready for immediate production
• Clinical autonomy with strong support staff

Ideal Candidate

• DDS/DMD from an accredited program
• Active [State] dental license in good standing
• Confident in comprehensive general dentistry
• Strong communication and case presentation skills
• Reliable and professional

Compensation

• Competitive daily rate and/or percentage of collections (negotiable based on experience)
