Job Description
A well-established, locally owned fast-casual restaurant group recognized for its commitment to quality food, genuine hospitality, and strong team culture is seeking a Restaurant Manager to help guide daily operations in a craft-focused environment.
This is a highly hands-on leadership position. The manager will be actively present on the floor, working side by side with the team during service while helping drive operational execution, product quality, and overall guest satisfaction.

What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service execution
- Train, mentor, and support team members throughout each shift
- Uphold food quality, cleanliness, and hospitality standards
- Jump in with the team during busy service periods
- Assist with scheduling, labor oversight, and shift leadership
- Foster a welcoming environment for guests and a positive culture for staff

- Previous restaurant management or shift leadership experience

- Confidence leading teams during high-volume service
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
