Job Description

General Labor - Full-Time | Wage: $20-$22 possible $2/per hour raise after 90 days Location: Hartford, WI We specialize in building large, unique, custom engineered projects and are looking to add dependable General Labor team members to our fabrication facility. This role offers full-time hours, opportunities for advancement, and potential travel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general assembly work
  • Use basic air and power hand tools
  • Measure and cut parts according to prints
  • Work with grinders and other metal nishing equipment
  • Perform painting and surface preparation
  • Clean and maintain work areas
  • Assist with material handling
  • Load and unload shipments

Work Schedule

  • Normal Hours are 1st shift 06:00am to 4:30 pm Monday- Thurs for days and 2nd shift 4:30 pm to 3:00am Monday through Thurs currently we are working 5)12hr shifts/wk
  • Overtime available as needed

Requirements

  • Must pass a pre-employment 10panel drug screen
  • No felonies due to ATF regulations
  • Excellent work history
  • 1-2 years previous experience in assembly or general labor
  • Ability to stand, bend, twist, and perform physical labor without restrictions
  • Ability to read a tape measure and calipers
  • Able to operate a forklift and able to lift 50 lbs.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years old
