Automotive Service Advisor- $23-27/hr

Location: Applegate, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $23–$27 per hour, depending on experience

We are seeking an Automotive Service Advisor for our client in Applegate, CA. This established automotive repair shop offers $23–$27 per hour, hands-on training, and a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide attentive service from check-in through vehicle pickup.
• Listen to customer concerns and communicate them clearly to technicians.
• Explain repair recommendations in an honest, easy-to-understand manner.
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
• Coordinate with technicians to help repairs stay on schedule.
• Learn shop processes and develop your Service Advisor skills through ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is a plus
• 2 years minimum of Service Advisory expeirence.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to organize tasks and manage multiple customer needs.
• Willingness to learn shop processes and participate in training.
• Dependable follow-through and professional customer communication.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technicians and other team members.

Compensation & Benefits

• Stable hourly pay of $23–$27 per hour, depending on experience.
