Pay: $35–$45 per flagged hour | Flat Rate + Training Guarantee

Compensation & Benefits

• A-Level / Master Technician: $40–$45 per flagged hour.
• B-Level Technician: $35–$39 per flagged hour.
• Pay Structure: Flat rate with a declining training guarantee during the first six pay periods.
• Pay Schedule: Twice monthly.

What You'll Be Doing

A-Level / Master Technicians

• Diagnose complex electrical, mechanical, and drivability issues.
• Perform advanced diagnostics, major repairs, and general maintenance.
• Complete digital vehicle inspections and order necessary parts.
• Maintain quality workmanship and productivity.

B-Level Technicians

• Perform general repairs, maintenance, and inspections.
• Diagnose mechanical concerns and assist with electrical troubleshooting.
• Handle brakes, suspension, steering, and related repairs.
• Complete digital inspections and order parts for assigned jobs.

What We're Looking For

• Professional automotive repair experience at the A-Level or B-Level.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver quality repairs.
• Valid driver's license.
• Comfortable with flat-rate pay and technician-managed parts ordering.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-first mindset.
• ASE certifications and diagnostic experience are a plus.
• Tekmetric/DVI experience is helpful, but training is provided.
