Overview

We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our Personal Lines team and play a key role in delivering tailored risk management solutions to our growing client base.

This is a hybrid role after training is completed with 3 days a week in the office and 2 days remote.


How you'll make an impact

As an Account Manager, you’ll be the go-to resource for our clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with care and precision. You’ll work closely with our sales team to manage day-to-day client relationships, maintain accurate account information, and provide timely support for inquiries.

 

Your role will involve reviewing and processing new and renewal policies, endorsements, and audits to ensure accuracy and compliance. You’ll also collaborate with insurance carriers to strengthen business relationships and deliver the best possible solutions for our clients. By staying up-to-date on industry trends and technical knowledge, you’ll help us continue to provide exceptional service and innovative solutions.

 

Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of policies, quotes, endorsements, and audits.
  • Support client retention by addressing inquiries and reviewing accounts receivable.
  • Leverage your insurance expertise to identify and address coverage gaps.
  • Continuously learn and grow through training and self-directed education.

About You

Required: Bachelor's degree with 0+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience. Active Producer's License. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Appropriate licensing as required.

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
