CDL Driver – Regional Routes | $29/hr | Weekly Pay | Home Every Other Night

We’re hiring a CDL Driver for regional routes based out of Goodyear, AZ. If you’re looking for steady miles, consistent pay, and newer equipment, this is a solid opportunity.
Drivers run regional routes with one overnight, then return home. This is a predictable schedule with reliable freight and no?touch loads.

Pay & Schedule

• $29.00 per hour
• Average $1500+ per week / $78,000+ per year
• Monday through Friday
• Out one night, then return
• Routes average 350–450 miles per day
• Drivers back home by end of week

What You’ll Do

• Deliver HVAC equipment to retail locations
• Run regional routes across AZ, CA, NV, UT, NM, and TX
• Drive reliable, well maintained 2022 or newer equipment
• Handle no-touch freight
• Follow safe driving practices and on-time delivery expectations

Driver Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• At least 12 months experience in the past 3 years
  (or 6 months in the past 9 months)
• Acceptable MVR and work history
• Current DOT medical card

• Valid Class A CDL
• 1 year verifiable experience within the past 3 years
  or 6 months solo experience within the past 9 months
• Acceptable MVR and work history
• Current DOT medical card
• Ability to run regional routes with overnight trips during the week
