We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Snow Operations Manager to lead snow and ice management operations across a dynamic portfolio of commercial properties. What You’ll Do
As a Snow Operations Manager, you’ll be at the center of all snow and ice operations, ensuring seamless execution from planning through real-time storm response:
- Lead and oversee snow and ice operations across routes, sites, and crews
- Develop and optimize route plans, staffing models, and execution strategies
- Coordinate pre-season preparation including equipment, materials, and staffing
- Monitor weather forecasts and proactively plan operational responses
- Dispatch and manage field teams during storm events
- Maintain real-time visibility and adjust resources dynamically
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols
- Deliver exceptional client service by resolving requests quickly and professionally
- Manage labor, equipment, and subcontractor performance
- Track operations using company systems and reporting tools
What You Bring
- 3–5+ years of operations leadership experience (snow & ice preferred)
- Proven ability to manage multiple crews and simultaneous operations
- Strong decision-making skills in fast-paced, high-pressure situations
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Tech-savvy with operations platforms and reporting tools
- Flexibility to work on-call, including nights, weekends, and holidays during winter events
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Spanish fluency is a plus
