What You’ll Be Doing

• Act as a trusted resource for clients, helping them navigate their insurance needs
• Provide guidance on coverages including auto, home, and umbrella
• Support clients through policy changes, renewals, and claims-related questions
• Partner with carriers to find competitive and appropriate coverage options
• Deliver a high-touch, responsive service experience that builds long-term relationships

What You Bring

• Experience in personal lines insurance
• Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Insurance license (or willingness to obtain)
