As an Occupational Therapist, you will provide skilled therapy services in accordance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines. Your role will involve evaluating patients, developing personalized treatment and discharge plans, and delivering therapy to enhance patients' independence in daily activities.

  • Evaluate and treat patients per physician orders/referrals
  • Develop and update individualized treatment/discharge plans
  • Document services accurately and timely
  • Supervise COTAs per practice acts and facility policies
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families
  • Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD)
  • Active state OT license (or ability to obtain)
  • Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
  • Need 1 year experience in setting
