Global HR Strategic Initiatives Delivery Manager
Gallagher Benefits Services (GBS) is looking for an experienced Project Delivery Manager who will be responsible for leading medium- to large-scale integrated projects including change management, training and communications across the division. This role will report into the division’s Vice President, Global Human Resources, and will:
- Develop fully integrated change, communication and work delivery project plans to support a variety of strategic initiatives
- Coordinate and lead project teams that yield high-quality, effective implementations for our people and our business
- Create and execute appropriately scaled change management tactics, presentations and both written and verbal communication assets
- Work closely with stakeholders across GBS, HR function and other groups as needed to coordinate project work and to drive consistent communication and change practices across the project
How you'll make an impact
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
As a key contributor to global GBS HR initiatives, this role leads and supports project management, change management, communications, and training efforts across a variety of strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include:
- Partnering with stakeholders to assess needs, develop change, communication, and training strategies, and implement solutions that drive meaningful behavior change and yield the desired outcomes.
- Designing, managing, and executing integrated project plans, including change, communications, training, impact analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
- Facilitating effective in-person and virtual meetings to align stakeholders and promote engagement.
- Defining success metrics and tracking progress to ensure initiatives meet objectives.
- Managing project budgets and timelines; Reporting outcomes to executive stakeholders.
- Coordinating governance meetings to maintain alignment, accountability, and adherence to timelines.
- Creating and editing content for communications, publications, and internal platforms (e.g., SharePoint, newsletters).
- Collaborating across HR and business teams to deliver cohesive, timely project assets.
- Leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment to achieve shared goals.
- Ensuring all deliverables align with Gallagher branding standards and are professionally packaged for easy stakeholder use.
- Supporting strategic initiatives with the Global HR Executive Leadership Team to enhance internal communications, employee experience, and cultural alignment.
- Managing internal and external vendors as needed to support project execution.
- Maintaining project plans, scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and driving follow-up actions to completion.
About You
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience leading non-technical projects with fully integrated change, training, and communication strategies and plans
- Strong project management skills with a proven ability to coordinate complex, multi-stakeholder workstreams
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (deck creation, formatting, visual design); working knowledge of Visio and project management tools
- Skilled in writing and editing communications tailored to diverse audiences
- Highly organized with experience managing project plans, scheduling meetings, creating agendas, and driving deliverables to completion
- Demonstrated business and financial acumen
Travel Requirements:
- At most up to 25% travel, in support of special projects, when needed.

- Experience with SharePoint content development and editing (preferred)
- Background in financial services or insurance brokerage (preferred)
Compensation and benefits
We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
