Estimator (In-Home Kitchen and Bath Sales)

An established remodeling company is hiring an Estimator to lead in-home sales for kitchen, bath, and related remodeling projects. This role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact through trusted customer relationships, accurate quoting, and high-integrity selling within a team-oriented environment.



Estimator – What You Will Do

• Conduct in-home sales appointments with homeowners and present tailored remodeling solutions
• Build accurate, timely quotes and review them in person whenever possible
• Conduct contract signings and pre-construction meetings alongside the assigned project manager
• Attend final walkthroughs to capture upsell and referral opportunities
• Maintain 95%+ accuracy in CRM data entry with 24 hour turnaround
• Partner with the Sales Manager and Project Managers to ensure what is sold can be delivered

Estimator – What You Bring

• 3+ years of successful in-home sales experience, ideally in kitchen remodeling, cabinetry, or finish carpentry
• Strong listening, follow-up, and closing skills
• High proficiency with computer software and CRM tools
• Eagerness to learn new products and adopt new sales techniques
• Calm presence under pressure and a high standard for honesty and integrity
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a smartphone for job apps

Estimator – Compensation and Opportunity

• Paid training and development period followed by commission pay
