Looking for a work-life balanced outpatient role in a well-supported, high-quality primary care setting? A respected and established practice in Levittown, Pennsylvania is seeking a Board-Certified Family or Internal Medicine Physician to join their collaborative, tight-knit team.

This opportunity is ideal for a physician who values continuity of care, enjoys seeing patients of all ages, and prefers a setting focused on preventative and episodic medicine—with no inpatient responsibilities or nursing home rounds.

Position Highlights:

• Outpatient only – No rounding or nursing homes

• Schedule: Full-time with 1:4 shared call (minimal weekend burden)

• Patient Volume: 18/day (low-volume model for quality care)

• Team: Join 2 FT physicians, 1 PT physician, and 3 NPs

• Support: Dedicated MAs, ACO wraparound services, point-of-care lab

• Facility: 15 exam rooms, 3 per provider

• EMR: EPIC

• In-network referrals and robust clinical support

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $265,000–$280,000 (based on experience)

• Student Loan Forgiveness eligible

• 403(b) with up to 10% match

• 27 days of PTO + 5 CME days ($3,000 CME allowance)

• Paid memberships/licensure up to $1,500

• Day 1 coverage for medical, dental, vision, STD/LTD

• Paid malpractice with tail coverage

✅ Requirements:

• Board Certified in FM/IM

• Experience with all ages – pediatrics through geriatrics

• Active PA license or willing to obtain

• DEA certification or eligibility

• Clean malpractice and license history
