About the Role 

Join our beautiful pediatric clinic in the rapidly growing community of Goodyear, Arizona, where you’ll provide individualized occupational therapy to children with diverse developmental, learning, and social-emotional needs. What You’ll Do 

  • Create and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans aligned with children’s IEPs or medical plans
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations, ongoing assessments, and annual/triennial reviews
  • Maintain timely and compliant documentation of therapy sessions and client progress
  • Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to set meaningful goals and accommodations
  • Supervise and support Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) as needed

 

What We’re Looking For 

Required: 

  • Current Occupational Therapist license in Arizona (or eligibility to obtain)
  • IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card

Preferred: 

  • Experience in school or pediatric clinical settings working with children facing developmental, learning, or social-emotional challenges
  • Familiarity with IEPs, treatment planning, and behavior interventions
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and data documentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A collaborative, positive mindset and genuine passion for helping children succeed
