2nd Shift Warehouse Puller

Location: Hayward, CA

Pay Rate: $21/hr + Overtime

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM (Overtime as needed)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced 2nd shift warehouse puller. This position requires hands-on experience operating multiple types of forklifts and a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and reliability.

Requirements:

Minimum 12 months of experience operating Cherry (Order) Picker, Stand-Up Reach Truck, Sit-Down Single Forklift, and Stand-On Electric Pallet Jack

Must be well-groomed and professionally presentable (no face or neck tattoos; hand/arm tattoos must be covered during business hours)

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform standing, bending, twisting, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift

Must be dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality

Reliable transportation to and from work required

Ability to focus on details in a fast-paced environment

Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Must pass a drug test and background check

Comfortable working in multi-temperature environments (hot and cold, including sub-zero)

Training and Transition:

Training Shift: Monday-Thursday, 4:30 AM - 2:00 PM; Friday, 5:30 AM - 9:30 AM (plus additional hours as needed) - Pay: $20/hr + differential

Upon completion of training, candidates will transition to 2nd shift:

Monday-Thursday, 2:00 PM - 11:30 PM (Overtime as needed up to 2:00 AM)

Friday, 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM (Overtime as needed)

Freezer Role Option:

Candidates with at least one year of experience in a sub-zero freezer environment (-10F) are preferred for the freezer position.

Pay Rate: $21/hr

Shift: Monday-Thursday, 12:00 PM - 9:30 PM; Friday, 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM (Overtime as needed)
