Commuter Transport Specialist

Full-Time Shuttle Driver

A responsible and reliable Full-Time Shuttle Driver who can also support basic administrative duties related to our company transportation operations. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing both driving and office tasks while ensuring compliance with DOT standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company shuttle bus along designated routes (commute support between office and nearby transit hubs)
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections in accordance with DOT requirements
• Maintain clean and orderly shuttle interior and report maintenance needs promptly
• Support scheduling, record-keeping, and coordination of shuttle service
• Provide basic administrative support including data entry, document filing, and communication with vendors
• Collaborate with the General Affairs team for transportation-related planning and logistics

Requirements:

• Valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License) with passenger (P) endorsement
• Clean driving record and compliance with all DOT safety standards
• Minimum 2 Years of coach bus driving experience required.
• Basic computer and administrative skills (MS Excel, email communication, etc.)
• Strong punctuality, responsibility, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing schedules or tasks

The anticipated compensation range is 17.00 - 35.00 USD Hourly. Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
