Machine Operator - Extrusion

What You’ll Do:

• Operate extrusion equipment safely and efficiently.

• Follow work order specifications and ensure all materials are available for production.

• Perform routine maintenance on equipment to keep it running smoothly.

• Complete quality checks and adhere to all safety and food quality procedures, including hazard assessments and critical control points.

• Learn from senior operators and take every opportunity to develop your skills.

Work Schedule:
This role operates on a 12-hour rotating shift schedule, alternating between day shifts (5:30 am–5:30 pm) and night shifts (5:30 pm–5:30 am) over a four-week cycle, with scheduled days off included. The rotation provides variety in your schedule while allowing time to rest and recharge between shifts.

Physical demands include lifting up to 40 pounds, walking/standing for long periods of time.

Experience

• 2 year(s): Manufacturing experience required (blown film packaging experience preferred but not necessary)
