  • Base Salary: $119,733 - $128,851, this role is eligible for an annual bonus.
  • Location: Remote eligible anywhere within the US.
  • Travel: Up to 50% within the US.
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8AM-5PM extended hours as needed.

We are currently seeking a PM (Preventative Maintenance) Systems Owner – Purchasing to report to the Reliability Systems Manager and will be Remote. This position will be responsible for assessing, implementing and monitoring PM foundations with a focus on maintenance purchasing and technical capability development. This is a market level position that acts as the subject matter expert (SME) for MRO purchasing.

Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Develop and maintain strategies for MRO Purchasing to include but not limited to; min/max and criticality reviews, MRP compliance, Open PO review, GR/IR maintenance (VIM management).
  • Support Reliability Program Managed (RPM) CAPEX projects. Responsible for generating and tracking all project Purchase Orders (PO), and processing Invoice Received (IR) confirmations throughout the projects.
  • Responsible for onboarding all new MRO Purchasers by 90 days of hire.
  • Market SAP CMMS subject matter expert responsible for understanding how to analyze weekly and monthly reporting of all critical maintenance KPI’s to include but not limited to; Open PO’s, budget tracking, open purchase reqs, GR/IR review, etc.
  • Responsible for management of internal purchasing tools (BlueShop, BlueReview, etc.)
  • Drive implementation of purchasing related continuous improvement projects as required. Track completion of actions within multiple factory sites.
  • Run maintenance purchasing reports and monitor factory progress.
  • Implement the use of purchasing related tools across all sites.
  • Act as liaison between corporate procurement team and factory purchasers.
  • Support PM Foundations/Systems assessments and track gap closure in each factory site – Purchasing content.
  • Support annual budget development process.
  • Support implementation of best practice PM’s across multiple sites in developing factories.
  • Support and maintain strategies for technical stores management to include but not limited to; obsolescence identification, min/max and criticality reviews, non moving parts analysis.
  • Support implementation of best practices related to maintenance systems.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering or equivalent work experience in engineering, technical or operations.
  • 5-10 years of purchasing experience.
  • Indirect leadership exposure across several functions with fully developed communication skills.
  • Experience within highspeed packaging, ideally beverage, food or other clean manufacturing.   
  • Proven track record in delivering results by working with cross-functional teams.  
  • Successful track record of developing people through mentorship and coaching.
  • Developed knowledge of Continuous Improvement methodologies. (LEAN ,DMAIC, 5why, BDA, TPM).
  • Hands on working knowledge of PM/ CPMS systems (SAP Required).             
  • Experience serving in a system trainer or “super user” capacity
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Advanced application of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, TEAMS).
  • Must be able to complete complex data analysis and communicate in Lehman’s terms.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage time and schedule travel independently.
  • Must be able to Travel up to 50%.
