About LMW Auto Repair

LMW Auto Repair is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor who brings strong customer service and sales skills to the service counter. This opportunity offers a weekday schedule, salary plus bonus, monthly team profit sharing, and 100% employer-paid employee health insurance. Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer intake and vehicle write-ups, documenting concerns clearly.

• Create and present repair estimates and maintenance recommendations.

• Follow up with customers and obtain authorization for recommended work.

• Manage repair orders from initial write-up through completion.

• Communicate with customers by phone, text, and email.

• Use Tekmetric for shop management and digital vehicle inspections, and Steer for customer relationship management.

• Identify and explain additional recommended services to help customers make informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Relevant service advising, customer service, or sales experience; candidates with one to two years of experience and those with more experience are welcome.

• Strong customer service and sales skills.

• Ability to explain estimates and service recommendations clearly.

• Ability to manage customer follow-up, authorizations, and repair-order details.

• Clear communication by phone, text, and email.

Automotive knowledge, including familiarity with domestic, Asian, and European vehicles, is helpful but not required.
