Job DescriptionMaster's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist opportunity is available for the 20262027 school year in Collierville, TN, serving students in grades K12. This role allows candidates to work with a diverse caseload, ranging from moderate to profound needs, tailored based on experience and individual preference. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of speech and language disorders in pediatric and elementary school students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with speech and language challenges
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports aligned with school policies and state regulations
- Participate in team meetings and professional development activities
Qualifications:
- Valid SLP certification/licensure with pediatric experience preferred
- Expertise in early childhood and elementary speech therapy
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Experience with caseload management and individualized therapy planning
- Commitment to supporting students academic and social development through effective speech therapy
